“Luminous and profoundly alive.”
— ArtsBeatLA

Celebrating its 45th anniversary, Alonzo King LINES Ballet returns with two programs that display their signature blend of sculptural beauty and raw emotional depth.

Visionary choreographer Alonzo King sets Maurice Ravel’s enchanting Mother Goose alongside Ode to Alice, inspired by the transcendent artistry of Alice Coltrane. Together, these works reflect King’s singular voice—melding classical precision with soulful expression and a profound sense of wonder in a performance called “an immersive experience of transformation” (Stage and Cinema).
