When should I arrive?

For Concerts at The Conrad:

Please plan to arrive accordingly, as traffic and parking can vary.

2 Hours Before:

  • The Conrad Box Office opens to the public.
  • Valet services begin.

90 Minutes Before:

  • The Wu Tsai QRT.yrd opens to the public.
  • Carolyn’s concession bar opens to the public.

60 Minutes Before:

  • Prelude (pre-show lecture) or Musical Prelude (pre-show concert) begins.

30 Minutes Before:

  • Doors to the performance spaces open.

For Concerts at other venues:

Please plan to arrive accordingly, as traffic and parking can vary. Off-site concerts do not include valet.

2 Hours Before:

  • The Box Office opens to the public.

75 Minutes Before:

  • Prelude (pre-show lectures) doors open.

30 Minutes Before:

  • Doors to the performance spaces open.
How do I know if my concert has a prelude?

Preludes (pre-show lectures) and Musical Preludes (pre-show concert) begin 60 minutes before the start of the concert. Please refer to the event page to determine if your concert has a prelude.

Is there an age limit for performances?

Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted for concerts other than The ConRAD Kids Series. Minors of any age may be reseated within the hall or asked to watch the concert from the lobby if they disrupt the experience for other ticketholders.

For ticketed family events, children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket and may be seated in a responsible adult’s lap. Children over age 2 require a ticket for their own seat.

Can I take pictures or videos?

Taking photos and/or videos of any kind during the performance is not permitted unless otherwise announced.

For JAI shows, photos and videos on personal cellular devices are permitted during encore performances.

For off-site shows, please refer to the venue’s guidelines.

Please be aware that an illuminated phone screen for any use is a distraction to others enjoying the performance. You are welcome to take photos during the artist’s bows.

How long are the performances?

Events and performances can vary in length. Please refer to the event page for information on run time and intermissions.
