For the best seats at the best prices, become a series or premier subscriber! Subscribers save 10% on their package tickets and additional tickets purchased for friends and families.
Keep Your Seats: Found your favorite seat? Now you don’t have to give it up! Series and Premier subscribers keep their seats throughout the season and can renew them year after year.
Seating Priority: Series and Premier Subscribers can lock in their seats before tickets go on sale to the public.

Where are my tickets?
After making your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with performance information, date(s), time(s), and seat location(s). The Order Confirmation also serves as your receipt for your purchase. There are two ways to view your tickets:
Will Call:
The Box Office team is available at the venue two (2) hours prior to showtime to distribute Will Call.
Mobile Tickets:
Never wait in line at the Box Office again! Download The Conrad La Jolla app today to enjoy the convenience and ease of mobile tickets.
What kind of subscriptions do you offer?
Subscriptions offer a cost-effective and flexible way for you to enjoy performances at The Conrad.
Series Packages:
Subscribe to your favorite series so you never miss a show. Keep your seat all season long with the option to renew for next season.
Compose-Your-Own Package:
Pick 3 concerts and save! Build a personalized lineup of your favorite shows from dance, chamber, piano, and more.
Will Call
The Box Office team is available at the venue two (2) hours prior to showtime to distribute Will Call, sell additional seats, and answer any seating questions.
Lost Tickets
If your ticket is lost or stolen, please contact the Box Office team as soon as possible, so that arrangements can be made for replacement tickets to be held at Will Call.
Late Seating
Latecomers to concerts will be seated at an appropriate pause in the concert as determined by the house manager. Please plan accordingly as traffic and parking can vary.

Ticket Cancellation Policy
Our artists would be grateful if you gave another music lover your seat by gifting them any tickets that you are unable to use. Seats returned to us last-minute often remain unsold and empty, while passing your tickets along helps give our artists the warm audience that they deserve.
We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations on tickets; however, we understand that last-minute emergencies arise. If you must cancel, contact our Box Office no later than two (2) days before the performance date to discuss possible options.
All non-subscriber exchanges will incur a $10 per ticket exchange fee.
