TICKETING INFORMATION
Please review your emailed Order Confirmation for accurate performances, dates, times, and seat locations. If you feel there is an error in your order, please call us at 858.459.3728 or email us at BoxOffice@TheConrad.org.
All programs, artists, dates, times, and venues are subject to change.
All sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or adjustments can be made to ticket orders.
Third Party Vendors
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources and/or third parties may be counterfeited, unusable for admittance at our performances, or unable to be located by our Box Office. Such purchases are made at your own risk.
Help us serve you in the best manner possible by purchasing your tickets ONLY through our official sales site TheConrad.org, or through our verified sales partners Ticketmaster.com and SanDiegoTheatres.org.
Check Your Email
You should receive an emailed Order Confirmation after making your purchase, with information on your performance(s), date(s), time(s), and seat location(s). This Order Confirmation also serves as your receipt for your purchase.
Performance Reminders – emails with program notes, artist biographies, directions, parking information, and more – are sent out to ticket holders before each performance.
Email notifications are also used to deliver updated information or communicate any changes to our performance.
To confirm (or change) the current email associated with your account, please call our Box Office or email us at BoxOffice@TheConrad.org.
Will Call
Our Box Office team will be available at the venue two (2) hours prior to showtime to distribute Will Call, sell additional seats to the current performance, and answer any seating questions.
Out of consideration for patrons holding tickets to the current performance, we are unable to accommodate future purchases at our Box Office windows within two (2) hours prior to showtime.
Why Not Come Early?
We invite our ticket holders to arrive early for Preludes – lectures, musical performances, and artist interviews – scheduled for select performances. Our Preludes begin one hour prior to each selected performance.
Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost or stolen, please contact our Box Office team as soon as possible, so that we can arrange for replacement tickets to be held for you at Will Call.
Please note that we are only able to replace tickets purchased directly from La Jolla Music Society and purchased under the name of the patron requesting replacement.
Can’t Attend…
…give it to a friend! In the event you cannot use your ticket, our artists would be grateful if you gave another music lover a chance to enjoy the performance.
Alternately, you may contact the La Jolla Music Society Box Office no later than two (2) business days before the performance date and time printed on the ticket – we may be able to exchange your ticket into an alternate performance, apply money to your account, or turn your ticket into a tax-deductible donation to La Jolla Music Society.
We are unable to offer exchanges, money on account, or donations within two (2) business days of your scheduled performance.
All non-subscriber exchanges will incur a $10 per ticket exchange fee.
MOBILE TICKETS
Our default method of ticket delivery is Mobile Tickets.
You’ll never have to worry about misplacing your tickets or waiting in line at the Box Office again! You can even share your tickets with family and friends.
(Please note that you are unable to use mobile ticketing without first downloading our app, The Conrad La Jolla.)

DISCOUNTS
We offer qualified Military and Student discounts of 10% for select performances. Use promo code MILITARY or STUDENT before purchasing to receive your discount. Valid military or student ID is required for ticket pickup at will call.
In addition, we offer discounts of 10% for groups of 10 or more.
Want to see multiple shows, but a subscription isn’t right for you? Our Compose Your Own discount offers a 10% discount when you purchase 3 or more LJMS events from our Winter Season at one time, or 3 – 6 LJMS events from SummerFest at one time. Our SummerFlex discount offers a 10% discount when you purchase 6 or more LJMS events from SummerFest at one time, PLUS early ticket access and a special invite-only rehearsal event.

SAME-DAY SAVINGS
Same–Day Savings offers 50% off ticket prices for select performances beginning 2 hours before the performance starts.
Same–Day Savings tickets can be purchased in two ways: through The Conrad mobile app, or in person at the Box Office window.
It’s an easy way to see the best performances in the city—at half the price!

Who qualifies?
Everyone! This program is open to all patrons.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy up to 2 tickets per performance.

Which performances are available?
Performances that offer Same-Day Savings tickets will be announced 2 hours prior to the start of performance.
To verify if a performance is eligible, look for the “Same-Day Savings” card on the home screen of the mobile app or call the Box Office. Once you know a show is eligible for Same-Day Savings, go back to the app or call the Box Office 2 hours before curtain to purchase your seats.
Note: Not all performances will offer Same-Day Savings Tickets. If a concert is in high demand and selling quickly, we recommend you purchase tickets in advance as Same-Day Savings will likely not be available for that show. Additionally, this discount is attributed to the ticket price–fees are still applicable and not reduced.

Can I select my seats?
Because Same-Day Savings tickets are subject to availability, not all seating zones may be available for purchase. You will have a great time in any seat location since sightlines in the acoustically stunning Baker-Baum Concert Hall and our cabaret space, The JAI, are excellent.

Download The Conrad App
The easiest way to take advantage of Same-Day Savings tickets is to stay connected to The Conrad app. You can check the app to see if a performance you are interested in will offer Same-Day Savings. Also, once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll have access to mobile tickets so you won’t need to wait in the Will Call line before your concert. Plus, app members receive push notifications with Same-Day Savings alerts and other discount offers!
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
For the best seats at the best prices, become a subscriber!
Our subscribers are patrons who have purchased any designated performance series of multiple concerts. We offer subscriptions to both our SummerFest and our Winter Season.
Subscribe to one series or subscribe to them all! Subscribers save 10% on their package tickets and save 10% on additional tickets for friends and family.
