The Atkinson Room
With a gracefully curved wooden ceiling reminiscent of a cresting wave, The Atkinson Room is an ideal venue for meetings or lectures with audio visual capabilities and two private washrooms. Coupled with The Conrad’s high-speed internet, the built-in 90” UHD display and sound system offer great support for panels, presentations, and web conferences.
When rented in conjunction with The JAI or The Baker-Baum Baum Concert Hall, this room can serve as an exclusive, donors-only reception space with full catering support. Other joint-use options include setups for plenary/break-out sessions, overflow with the program streamed to the large monitor, or additional rehearsal and staging space.

Back of House & Support
The Atkinson Room has two private washrooms and is adjacent to our generous catering kitchen. A portable bar can be added for receptions. There is a service corridor behind The Atkinson Room running from Fay Avenue to Bishops Lane which connects The Atkinson Room, The JAI, and the Kitchen, and contains a 1/2 bath for staff.
