TICKETING COURTESIES

When You Receive Your Tickets

Please check all of your tickets for accurate performances, dates, times, and seat locations. If you feel there is an error in your order, please call us at 858.459.3728 or email BoxOffice@TheConrad.org.

 

Performances and Preludes

Ticket holders are invited to arrive early for the select performances that offer Preludes. These lectures, musical performances, and artist interviews begin one hour prior to each selected performance.

Will Call

Marsi and the Box Office team will be available at the venue two (2) hours prior to showtime to distribute Will Call, sell additional seats to the current performance, and answer any seating questions.

Please Note

All sales are final and no refunds or adjustments can be made to ticket orders. La Jolla Music Society tickets are non-transferable. Only current Series Subscribers are eligible to make exchanges. All programs, artists, dates, times, and venues are subject to change.

Lost Tickets

If your tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Marsi and the Box Office team as soon as possible. All replacement tickets will be held for you at Will Call. We are only able to replace tickets purchased through the La Jolla Music Society Box Office or our website.

Email Notifications

Performance Reminders—emails with program notes, artist biographies, directions, parking information, and more—are sent out to ticket holders before each performance. Special email notifications are also used to deliver updated information or communicate any changes to a performance. To confirm we have your preferred email account on file, please call our Box Office or send an email to the address listed above with your preferred email address, mailing address, and last name of your account.

 

Student and Military Discounts

We offer student and military discounts for select performances. Please call the box office at 858.459.3728 to learn more!

 

Donate Your Tickets

In the event you cannot use your ticket, you may turn your ticket into a tax-deductible donation to La Jolla Music Society:

Contact the La Jolla Music Society Box Office no later than two (2) business days before the performance date and time printed on the ticket.
Verification of the destroyed ticket must be received in order to be eligible for a tax-credit. Please mail the unused ticket to us or fax/email us a photocopy of your destroyed ticket.

Tax-credit receipts are only issued after the performance has occurred. A tax-credit receipt acknowledging the value of the ticket donation will be mailed to the current name and address of the purchaser listed on our patron account records—no exceptions. Donated tickets are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Starting on January 12, 2025: SameDay Savings offers 50% off ticket prices for select performances beginning 2 hours before the performance starts.

SameDay Savings tickets can be purchased in two ways: through The Conrad mobile app, or in person at the Box Office window.

It’s an easy way to see the best performances in the city—at half the price!  

Same Day Savings Details

Who qualifies?
Everyone! This program is open to all patrons.  

How many tickets can I buy? 
You can buy up to 2 tickets per performance.
 

Which performances are available?
Performances that offer Same-Day Savings tickets will be announced at 12pm on the day of the performance for Tuesday to Friday shows, or at 12pm on the Friday before a weekend performance.  

To verify if a performance is eligible, look for the “Same-Day Savings” card on the home screen of the mobile app or call the Box Office. Once you know a show is eligible for Same-Day Savings, go back to the app or call the Box Office 2 hours before curtain to purchase your seats.  

Note: Not all performances will offer Same-Day Savings Tickets. If a concert is in high demand and selling quickly, we recommend you purchase tickets in advance as Same-Day Savings will likely not be available for that show.  

Can I select my seats?
Because Same-Day Savings tickets are subject to availability, not all seating zones may be available for purchase. You will have a great time in any seat location since sightlines in the acoustically stunning Baker-Baum Concert Hall and our cabaret space, The JAI, are excellent
 

Download The Conrad App
The easiest way to take advantage of Same-Day Savings tickets is to stay connected to The Conrad app. You can check the app to see if a performance you are interested in will offer Same-Day Savings. Also, once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll have access to mobile tickets so you won’t need to wait in the Will Call line before your concert. Plus, app members receive push notifications with Same-Day Savings alerts and other discount offers!

Subscribers are defined as patrons who purchase any performance series in which events take place during the current fiscal year, September 1—August 31.
