He joins forces with legendary Cuban-American trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, a dazzling virtuoso known for his breathtaking technique, fiery improvisations, and his ability to seamlessly blend Latin rhythms with jazz traditions.

In a once-in-a-generation collaboration, saxophonist and composer Ravi Coltrane and trumpeter and composer Terence Blanchard will perform the music of Miles Davis and John Coltrane in a very limited number of live appearances. The tour is as much about the current legacy of jazz and its future over the next 100 years as it is a tribute to the past century of this art form, with reimagined tunes by both Miles Davis and John Coltrane.

Marking the centennial of iconic saxophonist John Coltrane’s birth, an all-star lineup pays tribute to the inspirational artist, whose creativity and spirituality has influenced generations of musicians. The Coltrane 100 band offers modern interpretations of classic Coltrane repertoire, plus originals inspired by his legacy.
