San Diego jazz legends are taking over The Wu Tsai QRT.yrd.
Leading the quartet is acclaimed bassist, composer, and educator Rob Thorsen, who has performed alongside some of the city’s most celebrated jazz artists, including Gilbert Castellanos, Charles McPherson, and Steph Johnson.
Joining Thorsen for this special QRT.yrd Concert is trumpeter Gilbert Castellanos, a nationally recognized artist and six-time San Diego Music Awards winner for Best Jazz Artist and Artist of the Year.
