ABOUT THIS EVENT

This gala celebrates the annual Kyoto Prize Laureates and helps fund the Kyoto Prize Symposium Scholarships and youth outreach efforts. The event serves as a distinguished ceremony for the Symposium honoring the Kyoto Prize Laureates and announcing the annual high school scholarship winners from San Diego & Tijuana.

The six winners presented each receive a college scholarship valued at $10,000 or 100,000 pesos for the next academic year.
