LJMS COVID-19 Policy

The safety and health of La Jolla Music Society artists, audience members, patrons, staff, and volunteers are always our top priority. As such, the following rules will apply for our performances at The Conrad and the other venues where we hold our concerts. We will continue to revisit and adjust these policies in context of the COVID-19 situation and within local and state regulations. Thank you for doing your part to help us keep The Conrad open and welcoming artists from all over the world in a safe and enjoyable environment.

For all La Jolla Music Society performances and education events:

Vaccination/Testing:
We currently do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or testing to enter The Conrad or attend our events.

Masking:
We strongly recommend and encourage wearing a face mask while in any indoor areas of The Conrad.

Drinks (with lids) are allowed in The Baker-Baum Concert Hall. Patrons are encouraged to keep their face masks on when not actively drinking.

Private receptions:
LJMS patrons attending private receptions, including guests, must provide proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination. Proof of a negative test will not be accepted at these events.

For all (non-LJMS) ticketed public rental events, please note:

Ticketed public event rentals booked at The Conrad by organizations other than La Jolla Music Society may have different protocols in place than those set forth by LJMS (noted above). Please check with the presenting organization before attending ticketed rental events.
