Nina Lee

Cellist Nina Lee began her studies at age ten in a public school program before attending the Curtis Institute of Music and The Juilliard School, where she earned her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees. A former student of David Soyer and Joel Krosnick, Lee has collaborated with legendary artists such as Mitsuko Uchida and András Schiff through the Marlboro Music Festival. Dedicated to education, Lee has served on the faculty at Princeton and Columbia Universities. She currently coaches chamber music at the Yale School of Music, where the Brentano Quartet is in residence. Her festival appearances include Spoleto Festival USA and the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music.
