Elli Choi

Award-winning violinist Elli Choi has performed throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall, the Berliner Philharmonie, Het Concertgebouw, Maison Symphonique de Montréal, Tonhalle Zürich, Rudolfinum Dvořák Hall in Prague, BOZAR Brussels, the Abu Dhabi Palace, and Beijing’s National Center for the Performing Arts, appearing with major orchestras such as the Orchestre Philarmonique de Monte-Carlo, the Belgian National Orchestra, the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra, Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège, the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, and The Juilliard Orchestra. Choi has been invited to perform for several heads of state, including President Emmanuel Macron of France and former Vice President Mike Pence at the United States Department of State, as well as the Duchess of Gloucester at Buckingham Palace. Choi graduated from Columbia University while simultaneously enrolled at The Juilliard School, and has recently completed her Master’s degree as a Kovner Fellow. She will start studying at Kronberg Academy this fall with Professor Antje Weithaas. Choi currently plays a J. B. Vuillaume c. 1840 on generous loan.
